WordPress development and customization
Website optimization and maintenance
Technical consulting related to web performance and usability
Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon before the start of any project. Any work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees.
All fees are communicated clearly before work begins. Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.
You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information required to deliver services
Respond to communications in a reasonable timeframe
Ensure that any materials you provide do not violate third-party rights or applicable laws
Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final delivered work unless otherwise agreed. Final View Agency retains the right to showcase completed projects in portfolios, case studies, and promotional materials.
Any third-party tools, plugins, themes, or licenses remain subject to their respective terms.
Reasonable revisions are included as agreed per project. Excessive revisions or changes beyond the original scope may incur additional charges.
Final View Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
We may integrate or recommend third-party services or tools. We are not responsible for their availability, functionality, or policies.
Either party may terminate services if the other breaches these terms. Upon termination, all completed work up to that point must be paid in full.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in Egypt.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
